Adaptation – a person satisfies his needs while observing the requirements of the social environment.
But in our life, a person is often in stressful situations.
Stress is not what happens, but how we treat it.
Types of stress:
Stress of limitations or deprivation of significant basic needs (social or biological).
Stress of vital danger (acute fear associated with a threat to life or health).
Stress of loss (loss) of parents or loved ones.
Stress of expectation of negative impact (for example, fear of sexual violence).
The stress of separation (or breaking of the usual stereotype – family life, studies, social circle).
Fatigue stress (asthenization during prolonged loads).
Evaluation stress, defeat stress (experiencing failure in any meaningful activity.
What happens in a stressful situation? There is an alarm. Anxiety is the first symptom of stress. Fear is the highest degree of anxiety.
